The heat is back!

Yes, here I am again complaining about the heat! I guess if I had central air then I wouldn't, but I don't so I'll feel free to complain! LOL You bet if our furnace goes out and we get another one we WILL have central air!! Other then the heat though it's been a nice day. Dylan is starting to lose his screaming phase ( Knock on wood). I think his teeth may have been really bothering him during that time too. Two of them have finally broke though. Two to go and then we're done until his two year old molars. It's surprising to most people that he has so many teeth for his age. My cousin's little boy who is two still only has his two front teeth on the bottom...besides his molars. That's kind of weird eh? Oh well, all kids are different. Tomorrow is grocery shopping day. Yippee!! NOT. Hopefully Dylan wakes up early like he did today so we can get there before noon. It gets so bust by that time. Hope everybody else had a good day!

Relief!

Finally today we got some relief from the humidity! It was still hot, but I can handle that if there's no humidity! I hate feeling sticky all the time especially when Dylan wants to be held! Speaking of Dylan...Today was his 18 month check-up at the doctors. He weighs 21 lbs and 13oz and is 32 1/2 inches tall. He had to get one shot in each of his legs, which he took very well. There was a little bit of crying, but then the nurse brought in a tub of toys for him to pick from and it was all ok. LOL No more shots for him for a while now. As long as he stays healthy anyhow. They mostly give oral meds now anyhow instead of shots. My boy is growing so fast!!! :>(

Sick of the Heat

Man, I wanted summer to get here, but this is getting a little rediculous! It has been at least 90 degrees here all week! I am so tired of it being so hot and humid. Will it ever end? I'm ready for relief. I feel really bad for Alton who has to work all day in it!

Pulling My Hair Out!

I don't know what has come over my child, but I am going to have no hair pretty soon. He has started to screech and wine and cry constantly. I can't figure out what it is! But it's driving me insane. If he wants something he screams. It's nuts! Any suggestions? HELP!
